Small Group Strength Training

Small group training combines the personalized attention of one-on-one personal training with the added motivation of working out in a group. Trainers modify all exercises to fit each student’s fitness level and ensure each student is getting a great workout while using safe technique.

Weekly training sessions are one hour and are comprised of strength training, endurance, balance, and core work using a variety of equipment including resistance bands, BOSUs, dumbbells, Pilates balls, medicine balls, and stability balls.


Group Training Package

$140

Includes 4 training sessions. One session per week (unless scheduled for more through Mariel). Auto-renewed upon completion of 4th visit.

Group Capacity: 8

Current Sessions:

  • Tuesdays - 5:30PM

  • Wednesdays - 10:45AM

  • Thursdays - 5:30PM

  • Sundays - 8:15AM
